Since 2017

About us

What began as a 2 a.m. cross-cloud failover is now a repeatable playbook for keeping critical services online.

Our story

It started with a 2 a.m. incident

Cloud Keeper was founded in 2017. It began with a 2 a.m. cross-cloud failover — as a core payment path needed to drift between clouds in seconds, we realised customers do not need any single cloud; they need a foundation that simply stays online.

Today we orchestrate AWS, Alibaba Cloud and Tencent Cloud under one system, sharing a single SLA across operations, security and disaster recovery — keeping the complexity inside and shipping certainty to customers.

Values

Three rules we never break

Always online

We treat ourselves as your foundation — we would rather over-prepare than let you go down a second longer.

Plain speaking

No glossing over incidents and no hiding risks; we talk plainly before and after every change.

Keep evolving

Every incident is a recipe for the next upgrade; postmortems become tooling and automation.
